Ubuntu Village Works offers Training, Technical Assistance, and Consultation to organizations to guide and assist them in their journey to becoming culturally responsive both inward (with their employees) and outward (with their clients, patients, participants) facing. Individualized plans are created with each organization based upon their vision, needs, level of readiness, and capacity.

Leadership Mentoring

Ubuntu Village Works offers Leadership Mentoring to assist organizational leaders in creating, promoting, and fostering a culturally responsive environment both inward (employees) and outward (clients, patients, participants, partners) facing.

Through a personalized, interactive, relationally based process organizational leaders will
